How do I purchase the Ohio Science Explorers and the Ohio Social Studies Explorers curricula?
The Ohio Explorers curriculum is made available to districts at a very reasonable cost through the Midwest Regional ESC. The cost is all-inclusive and straight forward.
COST:
Ohio Science Explorers Curriculum is $400 per teacher, per grade level.
Ohio Social Studies Explorers is $495 per teacher, per grade level. (NOTE: K-5 units will be available June 1, 2026)
ONE TIME COST: Once purchased, the teacher has access to their respective grade level units and all curriculum resources in the units without any annual renewals!
HOW TO PURCHASE: Complete the Ohio Science Explorers Registration Form/Ohio Social Studies Explorers Registration Form with the require information and PO # and return the completed form to dshellhaas@mresc.org. About the Author
This curriculum has been developed by Dave Shellhaas, science and social studies specialist, at the Midwest Regional ESC. Dave has been an educator for over 30 years and was a Nationally Board Certified Teacher. He has been active at the state level where he has served on the standards writing teams and revision process. He has an intimate knowledge of Ohio’s Learning Standards.
Dave has used his experience and knowledge to develop many instructional resources over the years, as well as in developing the Ohio Explorers curriculum.
